Over the past 12 years that we have been remodeling homes in the Washington, DC area, we have never had an unsatisfied customer. You can check our standing with the Better Business Bureau or with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission. Our workmanship is second to none.
We offer a full one-year written warranty based on the NAHB "Residential Construction Performance Guidelines" that clearly identifies sub-standard construction and what must be done to correct any issues. If your contractor does not offer a similar warranty, do not conduct business with them.
Our certified preservation specialist will make sure that historic construction techniques and materials are used when authentic reproduction of woodwork, plaster, or masonry is desired. We can duplicate any historic or period molding, baseboard, plaster application or casework in our shop. Repair and refinishing of historic double-hung windows is one of our specialties.
